Workloads are chaotic, priorities are unclear, managers are inconsiderate and with no regard to employee’s well-being. It’s a sink or swim place. I was so excited because I like the industry but this turned out to be disappointing and mentally exhausting experience. It’s not worth it. I love what I’m doing but upper management seems to not have the qualities that could actually lead and help you improve. The lack of support but being big on criticism is enough to drive anyone away. It’s very demotivating and you’d think this place don't deserve your hard work.

Just the location and handful of peers.

Management - totally clueless and ignorant. Blame game competition. Misguided and pathetic environment with no growth.
