Pros
- Good for fresh graduates
- Learning process to adapt with the tasks was easy
- Great support
Cons
- Low salary (there is no way you’ll achieve RM3k even after 10 years working here if you are not high level position, i.e managers)
- Little to zero increment (been here for almost 4 years, only got 1 time increment)
- Unbalanced workloads between the team
- Bad management
- Obvious favouritism
- Bad in decisions making (last minutes)
- No exposure (considering this is a training provider company, I’ve never been to one since I got here)
- I don’t understand how everyone can easily have access to my work laptop. Isn’t that should be protected too?
- Work bullying
- People will take advantage of you if you a bit perform in what you do
- Not so much growth
- Almost no benefits (no insurance, RM60 claims per visit at clinic panel)
