      Serve underprivileged children and families Can just not show up to work with almost no repercussions

      Unorganized Different managers telling you to do different things and then you're in trouble for trying to follow their directions High Turnover Managers who manage teachers who have never taught in a classroom before

      Pros

      The Izzi/Early Education Team is hard working and committed to bringing high quality early education and care to low income families. They like to have fun, highlight each others’ interests, and provide many opportunities for professional development.

      Cons

      Because it is funded by the federal government there are many regulations - which keeps everyone accountable but can be challenging at times
