      I worked as a Senior Software Engineer at GTECH, and it was the worst job I ever had. Very long hours, no compensation for performance, punishing management. Avoid at all costs.

      Flexible with hybrid work options however the degree of flexibility is highly dependent on your team/manager. The work is interesting.

      The ability to move up depends a lot on your manager and relationships with others, not necessarily strictly your work product.
