- One co-worker in particular is lovely and the only bright spot in coming to work - Great engineering product that makes linemen safer

- Out of touch senior management - Misogynistic culture driven by senior management (I'm used to male dominated environments but this was an old boys' club) - Completely out of date with today's business landscape - No work culture - Work life balance actively discouraged - Employees actively discouraged from taking lunch breaks and leaving on time which is illegal - Horrible open concept office that has people essentially sitting on each other's laps - No meeting space - Senior managers are close minded and disrespectful to more junior employees - No privacy - Training involved getting a binder placed in front of you and being ignored for a week - Basically just bumbling fools who happened to stumble into creating a great product - Miss the forest through the trees
