Pros
They have frequent training sessions, which does not apply to just anyone's schedule.
Cons
basically you don't get to choose which shifts and locations you can work for, in-between shifts you have 15 minutes and if you are lucky you can stay in one center, otherwise you will have to move around the city to another next shift. Customers/learners get to rate you, this will affect your overall performance and get you replaced by another teacher even when one course lasts for a month, this is very stressful as you have KPI as a teacher. Misleading salary offers, it depends on what level you teach, and how many shifts you handle in a month to calculate the final payroll, they should have stated rate/hour for each kind of class, not just the maximum amount of monthly salary by a top performer.
