Senior Management have a lot to learn, countless wasted hours working on pointless tasks as it will be stuck in the bottleneck of senior managements micromangement of every single task only for the customer to move on as it takes so long.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my first two years working at IDS-Indata. Not only have I developed my own skills due to the wide variety of technologies we support, but I've also witnessed the company grow incredibly in such a short space of time (whilst maintaining the true core values of a smaller company). Those who are ambitious, proactive and committed to delivering a great service will thrive in this environment and the support provided by management is fantastic. Every department works well with one-another and your thoughts and opinions are really valued by management. All employees have great respect for each other which makes for a positive and friendly atmosphere to work within. The company is extremely adaptable - always striving to improve whether a process, reviewing internal systems, increasing product knowledge or recruiting staff with desired skill sets. Some very exciting years ahead.
