no guidance, training, or support. CEO's expectations are unreasonable and due to no training or support, it's very hard to leave a good impression on the client. They expect you to know things that you wouldn't necessarily know. 50% employee turnover per year. No benefits and extremely low pay with no opportunity for growth. unlike most consulting firms, when you travel, you don't come home on the weekend, rather you stay at the location stranded. company is so small that there is no team environment. most of the company is based abroad.
