Pros
I've been with ID5 just a bit under a year and have had a very positive experience. From day one I was trusted to jump right in and get started, but also knew I could ask for the help and support I needed from my manager. In my experience, ID5 is a great place to grow and develop without feeling burnout or overwhelmed. Many companies talk about work life balance but ID5 is one of the few employers that actually walks the walk. My team has always been respectful of me during my time off (no emails, slack messages, help takeover my workload etc) and my colleagues have been quick to support me when I've had a particularly heavy workload. The gym/wellness stipend is a great perk and I've also been able to use the personal development fund to pay for a professional course I've had my eye on for a couple years now. Overall I'd recommend joining the team.
Cons
It's a small company, if you are coming from a big company it will be a major adjustment for you. It is a fully remote company so sometimes it can get a bit lonely but as long as you don't mind that you'll get on fine.
