Thanks for your review and apologies for my late response. As a former employee you may not be aware of the progress we made in 2016 with exciting and innovative product developments that have been embraced by our customers. Our leadership structure changed during 2016 and we have a strong focus on high performance at all levels - this includes from the leadership team! Yes, like every business we've lost some valued employees who we would prefer not to have lost but we've also brought some great talent into IDBS at all levels of the business to complement our teams.
