4yThank you for your review - we're glad you enjoyed working with your IDBS colleagues and picked up on our continued commitment to D&I as well as our focus on wellbeing.
Thank you also for your constructive feedback (which we hope you shared with your manager and HR before you left). One of our HR goals this year is to build awareness of our awards programme and reinforce a culture of reward and recognition throughout the organisation.
Finally our management team are aware of the need to minimise time spent in meetings. We plan to reintroduce a 'focus time' initiative which was something we trialled last year and something we found worked well.
