Pros
I genuinely enjoy working at ICS and can confidently say it’s one of the best work places I've been a part of. Progression opportunities are definitely available for those who are willing to put in the effort and take a proactive approach. If you show dedication and initiative, your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed in my experience.
The directors are incredibly approachable, always open to feedback, and willing to listen to ideas or help resolve any concerns. It creates a supportive atmosphere where you feel valued as part of the team. I have worked at plenty of places where this is not the case and you are often ignored, so it’s really great to have the opportunity to be heard and listened to.
I believe ICS also creates a fun and engaging office environment with incentives like ice cream vans, pizza lunches, Easter egg hunts, and even scavenger hunts across Leeds! These touches really add to having a culture where people can get together and have fun.
ICS is the only place where “Sunday scaries” have not been a problem for me. My mental health has seen a massive improvement whilst being here and I’ve always had very supportive managers, which is a rare and refreshing change compared to other workplaces I’ve experienced.
I would definitely recommend ICS as a great place to work!
Cons
I don't believe there are any cons, there are certain areas that can be improved, but that is like any business.
