Pros
Great and (sometimes) complicated projects for foreign customers = ability to gain valuable experience. Competitive salary (but mainly it depends on how you will be able to sell yourself). They have two offices in the city so you are able to choose preferred one. Ability to learn new technologies (courses and certification, see cons. also). Computers are powerfull and almost everyone has a two monitors per each PC. Good to start career with them, but not ok to stay there for a long time!
Cons
They have a little bit cheap and outdated facilities in their offices = it's not very convenient on the everyday basis usage. Lately, company has decomissioned ability to take courses and certifications without obligation to work on them for 20 month after studying. There is a quite little opportunity to professional grow (they have an annual appraisal process, but it actually doesn't have any impact on the career position). Quite a few location to rest and relax in their offices.
