Pros
Hands off management allowed for flexible social networking and flexible schedule. basically as long as the customer is happy everybody is happy. good leadership. was treated like a responsible adult to get the job done. Paid well for the work demand.
Cons
It's a contracting position so the family benefits aren't all that great, a little bit expensive but what do you expect.
