Pros

Many smart people who are clever, hard-working, and dedicated to their projects and colleagues. The facilities are first-rate, the technology is outstanding, and their benefits are very solid.

Cons

Like many government contractors, they have suffered during retrenchment by paring their workforce when not fully billable. This leads to a transient group of employees who understandably have difficulty developing a long-term commitment to a company which fails to do the same.

Pros

People, Mission, Culture, Technology, Remote. You work on projects and technologies that actually impact and improves the day to day lives of people around you, the community and the Country

Cons

Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
