      To describe ICF's top leadership, they possess a wonderful, forward-thinking, innovative vision and work hard to provide growth opportunities for junior staff.

      Cons

      Be sure to learn about the project you are interviewing for. Middle managers can be extremely territorial and can bog down innovation that comes through with new staff. Lots of process to navigate.
