*Really great recruitment process. I felt it was a well-thought-out process, questions were accurate in my opinion. * Onboarding process works like a well-oiled machine - everything is structure, people are friendly and ready to land a helping hand. * Communication style - company's culture is really in my style, without pulling the wool over your eyes and lots of transparency. * Supportive leader - I got tons of support and guidance during my first month at ICEO and it really means a lot! * They truly care about people - from organizing a Retreat for all team members to have f2f time outside the remote work, to paying attention to professional development. It's there!

* The benefit package is not adapted to the international team members, but I know they are already working on the ew approach. * Nothing else comes to my mind.
