Very few except you might have the opportunity to collaborate on some large projects.
Cons
Nobody is driving and everyone is competing with each other. There is no support from Sr. Parners, the infighting and silos are demoralizing, you will spend 85% of the time talking to other IBMers than working or meeting clients. There is no sense of collaboration and the company culture is each is out on their own. To survive you have to quickly identify a champion and group to be part of but it is entirely up to you. Nobody will guide you and this company is so confused about its mission and focus. They hired tons of people without validating they had demand then they tell you to find work within IBM but only Lead Account Partners can speak with customers so you will spend your time chasing an LAP (do not call them "lap"). The most demeaning job of my entire life.
