Pros
Surprisingly the hardware business is still alive and growing. Hyve is probably the top place to land, if this is the segment you want to be in. Friendly people and everyone's contribution is noticed since Hyve is such a small team (could be bad if you mess up).
Cons
Extremely short staffed and they will expect you to go above and beyond your set tasks. Working late is to be expected so good luck seeing your family or friends. Hyve will consume your life, so if you're looking for a place that you can live, eat, and breathe company goals this place is made for you. There is no upward movement since management is set in place. Benefit are very mediocre, don't expect Google like benefits (catered meals, flexible hours, professional days) expect traditional benefits 10 PTO day, 5 sick days, and bare minimum health care
