Pros
It was close to my home and was part of the Hyundai Group, which gave it a certain level of prestige. There were various types of equipment available, and I was fairly rewarded for the amount of work I did.
Cons
A few of my coworkers made things really difficult. They approached work with a rigid, traditional Korean mindset, were always in a rush, and it wasn’t an environment where I could properly learn and grow.
