Employer Routinely Engages in Wage Theft - Graphic Designer Hype Creations Employee Review

I have absolutely nothing positive to say.

They charge their clients what a professional and credible agency would. Most of their work is outsourced on Fiverr and they then claim as their own. I was NEVER paid on time. I would often go weeks at a time without pay and would have to stop coming in so they would release my wages. Below-average wages (tried to pay me $15 p/h)... THEY DON'T PAY YOUR SUPER. It didn't seem like a legit business. I was creating things for business that didn't exist at times. MD is disrespectful and rude to his employee. MD would make extremely weird sexual comments and remarks.

Literally zero. Can't think of a single positive about this company.

Every single aspect. Wish I could give 0 stars. To start with, the Manager/owner is racist, sexist, completely unprofessional, doesn't have a clue what he's doing, constantly wastes money and treats employees terribly. He is immoral and does things like making up clients, making up testimonials, underpaying staff, abusing employees, making completely inappropriate sexual comments, the list goes on... Pay was never on time, did not include superannuation (illegal), was under the minimum award rates (also illegal). This company was so horrific that I left whilst still being owed more than $1000. Hype creations is a complete scam.
