      Pros

      - The engineering team is solid, you can learn some best practices from them - You can get through your day with 10h of work - No real management, you can built whatever you want - Perfect company, when you are into politics (perfect for work evaluation)

      Cons

      - No career progression and ML team has very weak foundations - Colleagues and bosses will steal your ideas and work - More managers than ICs, which will block each other

      Pros

      This an amazing place to work, the team is supportive and caring. Here you'll have lots of opportunities to work on various projects, with thoughtful feedback from everyone involved. The benefits within the company as also really good, unlimited PTO, public holidays based on you country of residence, paid company retreats and more.

      Cons

      None so far. I'm really enjoying my experience and independence.

      - Nothing else other than remote work

      Cons

      - Favoritism - Poor salaries - Multiple rounds of layoffs - People in management positions have no idea about management or leadership - No onboarding and respect to new-joiners
