      Pros

      Best mentoring program I have ever taken part in (being mentee or a mentor in the past in other company). A lot of opportunities to grow and learn. Demanding learning path (which I perceive as pros overall).

      Cons

      1. Too few opportunities to use my skills I gathered in past years. 2. As it turned out working 100% remotely (as the team is international) doesn't build belonging to the company. 3. Restructuring Hyland was stressful as I might be one of the firsts (due to my short work in Hyland) to let go.

      Work/life balance Great people to work with on daily basis Ability to work remote (US based) Plenty of development opportunities I've been given the tools I need to do my job and be innovative I have an amazing manager and team that I lead

      Cons

      I am restricted on where I can hire new employees right now. There are a lot of competing priorities with similar deadlines which can be stressful, but the days go by fast.

      Pros

      Remote or hybrid capability. Usually a flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Constant quiet firing. They've figured out how to avoid public disclosures quite well. Every month they're whacking batches of 20~30 employees - esp. if you were in a higher pay band or part of an acquired company. There's constant leadership churn as of late - not that leadership was ever that great, but the clownshow has more makeup on the pigs now. If you were part of an acquired company, the stench of nepotism was constant. Hyland doesn't provide legitimate training or certification assistance for everyone. Their products would fail any sort of security scan by an AI tool too. If you're a customer, buyer beware.
