Pros
I have wanted to work at Hyland since I was in college, and since I’ve been here I can’t imagine working anywhere else. In the few years I have been at Hyland, I’ve been able to grow professionally and figure out exactly what I am interested in by taking on different types of projects. Every day is different, and I feel so fortunate to work with people who are not only so great to work with, but who are extremely passionate about the work that they do. I truly enjoy being around my co-workers. Did I mention the perks?! I can take a yoga class, get a massage, get my nails done, and even visit our Wellness Center when I’m sick – all at work! I’m well aware of how lucky I am to have these benefits available to me.
Cons
Honestly no complaints major complaints here. We've grown past few years fairly quickly, and we've had some learning experiences come from that. But we're growing, and that’s a good problem to have!
