      Good niche product with great potential, Employees, innovation. Great spot for a college grad in engineering to be part of a engineering rotational program.

      Extreme high Turnover, Toxic environment, Lack of Trust, Flexibility, Lack of management empowerment, Micro management, Tacky rules, ie - don't dare to use a microwave that's in the kitchen....

      Strictly in office only. No Hybrid or remote Work. There is only a few special cases where this would be allowed.

      Management, especially upper management. They pretend to care but they don’t. They also let really good people leave without trying to keep them.
