Cons

Bullying Issues not addressed Outdated by 10-15 years CEO down vote is for *Rachel feminist Watson* with ZERO skills and experience Racism Taking credit for other's work Gossiping Favoritism Mollycoddling people who suck up to managers There's a who lot of disgusting things to add but it makes you vomit to even mention them

Pros

Good pay (only because the staff fought for it) and technically interesting work.

Cons

1. The 2.4% Fiasco: The initial pay offer was a joke that wasn't funny. Even though it was rejected and improved, the fact that leadership thought 2.4% was an acceptable "opening offer" during record inflation shows a profound lack of respect. 2. Micro-management at its finest: Requiring a GP certificate for a Monday/Friday sick day is the definition of "low-trust management." It’s a 19th-century solution for a 21st-century workforce. 3. Inclusive in name only: The company talks a big game about diversity, yet the daily reality involves a "boys' club" atmosphere where bullying (particularly against minority backgrounds) is swept under the rug.
