Pros

Great products in a market with a vast and growing potential.

Cons

Hurtigruten is owned by a London based private equity fund that bought a majority stake in 2014. Evidently they are growing impatient with their investment and top management are feeling the pressure. Sadly they are not up for the task, swirling left and right with regards to strategic priorities, actions and initiatives. None of which are anchored properly in the organizatio, resulting in a frustrated, bewildered and exhausted organization. I noticed the company is on yet another hiring spree. I can only assume that is the result of yet anothet strategic initative from top management (one of many in recent times). Given the high turnover rate, poor and tense working environment, I would caution anyone considering applying.
