Pros

People are friendly Get along with mgr. and coworker Opinion counts

Cons

Parking is bad. However, concrete finally poured for old parking lot. Meetings are horrendous - meeting starts at 9, but everyone starts to arrive about a half hour late, which pushes the whole day back. Or meetings are booked on top of each other, which doesn't get anything accomplished. One annoyance is to arrive for the meeting on time and wait for the leader to go through their email and answer the phone and get their paperwork in order on their desk. By the time the meeting starts, a half hour has elapsed. Very unproductive and wasteful. Management tends to shirk responsibility and push things off on over worked employees. Doesn't show initiative to learn systems. If management hears a complaint, only interested in taking sides with complaining department. Doesn't defend department employees.

Pros

Develop resilience, seek better opportunities!

Cons

SO MANY that it cannot be covered in one page even. CEO is likable but the senior, mid-low level management are not so good. They however operate to the cadence of the CEO. I have seen so far in my professional career. No professional etiquette, no empathy for its employees, They don't want assertive and productive employees; they want people who are desperate for employment workers and low in confidence. Pay is below market. Incentive is even worst, Out of guilt, they offer an annual bonus that’s about 10% of compensation and is driven by company performance. To offset many inefficient processes and lost revenue, they hire and tolerate low skilled workers. Managers are inexperienced, highly non-cooperative and not supportive. Employees who have committed decades of service were harassed and forced to leave. Your career flounder because your job duties are not likely to translate well, unless you’re an engineer, or a warehouse worker. Work/life balance is affected by working for a terrible manager.
