Pros
– Employees (not management) are incredibly nice. – People genuinely seem to care about how you are doing. – Depending on what department you are in, they will allow you to work early (I.E. 7-4)
Cons
– Health insurance is HORRIBLE – 401K contribution is funded once a year. (Of course the company's money is constantly invested in other areas, they just don't care about employee's money). – Time off is way sub-par compared to other companies of the exact same size. – People seem more concerned about credentials rather than actual experience. (I.E. first company I ever saw that lists credentials on their organizational chart) – Management is lacking in regards to training – They give "examples" of people who have been here for a very long time. The main reason for this is because their corporate office is in El Paso and there are literally NO OTHER places to work....that's why people stay. – Training is incredibly rushed and no follow up is ever really done – People come in late, but still leave at their normally scheduled time. – Pay is far below industry standard for companies the same size.
