      Strong team culture with a range of exciting and growing events in the portfolio.

      Cons

      Lots of wknd work, although number of events was reducing towards the end of my time there. Wknds comes with the territory though.

      Pros

      Work with an excellent team delivering some of the UK's largest mass-participation events. Everyone seems to get on well and refreshingly no egos!

      No major downsides I have experienced.
