Pros

The great thing about working at Human Interaction - especially if you just entered the industry (such as me) - is that there is always an opportunity to ask for help if the situation calls for it. This is obviously great for lots of reasons, but namely, because such an environment gives you plenty of room to get used to how things are done, without the added pressure of having to start “delivering” right off the bat, on your first week of work (which happens more often than you might initially think, never mind the industry). Most importantly, the team is just great to work with! Working remotely or visiting the office is entirely up to you, which is great for creating a schedule based on your obligations or preferences outside of work. This, of course, does not apply when there are fun events like barbecue in the garden - skip the remote policy, in that case, I say. Finally, being a UX designer, I find the projects interesting, although the quick turnover of these can prove overwhelming for some. But, that really depends on the person.

Cons

As mentioned above - not everyone is cut out for fast paced environment & quick turnover of projects, which can be considered as a con, depending on the person.
