Very bad management and communication between teachers and admins. Principle is not very nice in accepting/rejecting suggestions/ideas. 3 or 4 levels(1st to 3rd Grades) students will be put in the same class. Almost all teaching materials in English/Spanish, you have to translate everything into Chinese on your own. No work/life balance if you take a class like this.
