Pros
Hudl have an amazing attitude towards their staff and mental health, taking every step to ensure your happy in your role. I have never been happier in a dev role, theres no pushing for ridiculous deadlines, everyone has a voice and it truly is a collaborative and dynamic environment. I can see myself staying here for a very long time.
Cons
Missing a few minor benefits such as death in service etc & whilst the paternity leave is longer than normal for the UK I think there could be room to increase it (dad's love being around their newborns too!)
