Pros
Huawei is an Innovative company, challenging the norm, and breaking the mold. Management are unafraid to create new innovative business practice to win customers. I am given a lot of freedom to win business.
Cons
Despite having great processes and systems in place, the chinese management style takes precedence. A style which is founded in shame and fear. Ie create a lot of fear, and shame employees who break the rules. It takes a strong person to enjoy working in this environment!
