Pros
The people are really nice and the job is simple
Cons
Hours- we started off working 8 hrs 6-7 days a week, they eventually switched to 12 hrs every 2-3 days When they switched hours they eliminated all the overtime pay which is how most of your money was made. Workload- they give you so much work to do and not enough time to get it done. Safety- The equipment they have is a safety hazard and they refuse to fix it. You have to wear a hardhat, earplugs, safety goggles, steel toe boots, and gloves. You also have to use a lift to pick up the wheels, but that causes more pain than just picking up the wheels. Employees- I know plenty of employees that have had to take out loans and have to downgrade their life due to the new schedule and cost cuts. I am currently sitting with an active employee at a food bank right now.
