Management were unable to delegate work properly and would then get frustrated if you didn’t have enough to get on with. The management culture was extremely unsettling and management almost got a “power trip” from putting down juniors. I really wouldn’t recommend working here. If you do have a problem, it’s not dealt with well and the general culture of teams are quite cliquey and cold.
