Pros
The pay is good. The owner of the company is great to work under. There are some very good people in all levels.
Cons
Way to much favortism, if the boss likes you you can go far! It seems they could care less about how hard you work and more about how much you kiss butt! You are expected to be there whatever time or days they want at a moments notice. Way to much drugs and alcohol in the workforce! It seems management turns a blind eye to the problem. People are put in lower management, mainly forman levels that have no clue how to manage people,or run work. They are only there to take care of the ridiculous amount of paperwork. Or maybe it's they are so under qualified that it takes them a ridiculous amount of time to do the paperwork!
Your expected to go to shop loadup truck and travel to the job site without pay!
