Pros
Good pay, relaxed dress code, nice facility
Cons
Management secretly listens in on phone calls and chats, then sends messages with unhelpful demands to work faster and close more tickets. It is both unnecessary and creepy to have a camera on every single employee for every minute of their shift when they are just sitting in a cubicle. Are you afraid that they will steal a pen? You're already watching their chats and listening to their phones, so you know if they aren't being productive. Lastly, middle managers are generally short, dumpy, overweight, insecure people who leverage their positions to push out healthy, thin, tall, and/or confident people. Not much can be done because this type of discrimination is not illegal. If you work there, expect to be surrounded by chubby women in frocks and stumpy guys in beards and kit caps (indoors in the summer). There's nothing wrong with having these types of coworkers, but there is clearly a problem when anyone NOT cast in that mold is being systematically pushed out by management who has an axe to grind with people they view as unfairly superior or something.
