Learning opportunities, and continuing educational classes. Job Stability Perks such as free lunch, etc. Relaxed work atmosphere I have really high hopes for the new management change!
Cons
Wages could be improved. Stability within Management Type of work, and work load can be stressful to some. Cleanliness can be an issue at times with some employees.
