The focus is on providing excellent care to patients as opposed to how much money you can make the organization. HH also has a focus on taking care of employees. Healthcare is a demanding professional field, but there seems to be a real focus on taking care of employees as well as patients.
Collaborative approach, variety of experiences, truly heartfelt mission. Employees are all there out of a sense of dedication to alleviating human suffering at end of life. Most dedicated single group of people I've ever worked with.

A CEO who has checked out. Managers who are only focused on looking good - not doing good and certainly not carrying the mission forward.
