      Pros

      There are none. Just don't work there - it's not worth the stress.

      Cons

      2nd to worst job I've ever had-the first being a summer factory job I had while in high school. That's just what this job was like - working in a factory, except you're in a different setting. I was in an office. My supervisor was a mean-spirited moron and her boss was totally inappropriate - loud, obnoxious, inappropriately dressed. Just a horrible work environment. The huge turnover should have clued me in. Live and learn.

      Pros

      Collaborative approach, variety of experiences, truly heartfelt mission. Employees are all there out of a sense of dedication to alleviating human suffering at end of life. Most dedicated single group of people I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      Very few that significantly impacted my work and morale.

      Great team work and wonderfully dedicated field workers.

      Cons

      A CEO who has checked out. Managers who are only focused on looking good - not doing good and certainly not carrying the mission forward.
