Pros
Employer paid health insurance is great for the employees here. Pay is decent for the non-profit world. The best benefit (varies by supervisor) is the flexibility of schedule. There are some supervisors who are completely inflexible. Others are very flexible, which has been my experience, and for that I'm grateful!
Cons
Cost of insuring spouse or family members is astronomical. The leadership lacks clarity of direction. There is a poor culture of disrespect between leadership & the staff. While there are many talented people working here, much of this talent is wasted by a lack of trust.
