      -Very stable -Nice package -Colleagues are easy to get along

      Cons

      -Messy corporate structure -Back offices e.g. HR, finance are very hard to work with and slow -too many reports, info kit and talknote -management often not giving the right directions -No OT allowance for AM / M -Zero work life balance for big projects
