Pros

I've worked at a number of start ups and a couple unicorns. If you decide to be part of this world you have to accept a certain amount of uncertainty and change. If change doesn't excite you then this isn't for you. This company has really good benefits, a great product and leadership that understands how valuable and important employees are to ensuring the growth and prosperity of the business. I like my team, I like working with others across the company, and I feel like this is a place that gives you what you put into it. If you want to work hard a be apart of something that is growing then you will be rewarded here.

Cons

Remote life can be tough as it is everywhere and in many industries in the sense of creating a company culture and community. Nevertheless we have to keep trying new things which Homesome does.

Thanks for your feedback. We are really proud to offer great medical, dental, and vision along with a 401K program. But, it's really our teams that make us great. We are so happy to have you with us. Computer provided Remote work is a plus

1. Very high turnover 2. False advertising re: benefits 3. Unlimited PTO only for half the employees, even then we don't get unlimited PTO. Not easy to take time off. When requesting PTO off, you need to share what you will be doing to the whole company. 4. Owner is involved in everything, very toxic and micromanages. Gets very angry and yells and employees. 5. NO HR 6. No culture, very toxic work environment. 7. Expected to be on call 7 days a week. 8. Promised raises, no raises. 9. Do not get pay employees correctly, paycheck is always wrong. 10. Again very toxic work culture.
