The people put the human side first, which makes collaboration feel meaningful and the day-to-day enjoyable. There is real room to grow, take ownership, and do thoughtful, impactful design work with great tools to support it. The benefits package adds up too ( gym, transport, and bike covered.. etc)
Overall a good place to grow as a designer, especially if autonomy, and ownership matter to you
