      Pros

      I have been with this company over 5 years now and have worked my way up a little at a time. I see some posts on here that all they care about is bottom line. That is true with any company, that is what a company does, makes bottom line. If you do your work, and perform as you should you are rewarded with Homerun Auto Group. If you quite or got fired, its becasue you were not doing your job the right way. Great Company to work for.

      Pros

      It's somewhat uncommon for people my age to stay with the same employer for years on end, and I'm treated well, so I continue to give my best. I get to meet a diverse range of personalities and backgrounds. If I don't know how to do something, I ask, and am taught. Most are fairly compensated for their skills, experience and work ethic.

      I don't have many complaints.

      Decent work life balance for the auto industry.

      Cons

      This could be the most sketchy dealership group to exist. Unethical behavior, payment packing, stuffing products. No culture to speak of.
