Hate to be negative, but I can’t think of any.

12 hour or longer shifts or moving very heavy dead hogs and other meats around . If you’re not able to lift 150lbs you won’t survive. Other than a hand truck no equipment is provided to make it any easier. If you do the job long enough your guaranteed to substain an injury and management is unlikely to care. I had several incidents that were ignored. This is a job that really needs to be done by two people .
