Very bad management stand about all day on phones watch you on cameras. Watching staff carefully constantly call you by tannoy to go office give you a fingering for simple reasons .management have their favourates dont lift a finger very hard to book holidays occassionalybdock wages when they have gone over there budget Working in home bargains is a nightmare very stressing you will go home every day feeling like a slug They keep you happy promising you a promotion but never happens for 4 months i worked 7 days a weeks on my probabation peroid double shifts. Ringing in sick is something not to doyou will get hated and have your hours cut .I could write more but im too high just come back from there
