Newest top level personnel are negatively affecting what used to be a great place to work. Production workers, who are the heart and soul of this location are being treated like second class citizens compared to the "executive personnel" who will be moving here from our closing corporate offices. No consideration for how the changes are affecting our everyday duties and unless you are amongst the "yes men/in crowd" you aren't even a consideration in any matters. Far too many low timers/new people making decisions that aren't good for the site/business. What once was a great place to work with everyone working together and by specific procedure/protocol now is what makes someone's numbers look good to report to the truly unknowing, detached, worried about what corporate feels about them, not being a leader for the site, only worried about moving and catering to "high end executives" leader (only by title).
Very, very disheartening to see this decline.
