Pros
The old Cytyc management - those that are left, are amazing - smart, hard working and treat their people well. The products are all health related for women, and it feels good helping the cause! Low performers are addressed in general. Training is improving, and work/life balance is recognized.
Cons
Old school mentality, reduced benefits, no focus on employees benefits and low pay. Certain departments are moving backward instead of forward, high turnover in areas. Run like a manufacturing company.
